Inpatient Clinical Administrator

We are looking for two organised and professional Inpatient Clinical Administrators to join our Clinical Services Administration Team, providing administrative support to the hospice inpatient services across our Heald Green and Little Hulton sites. You will provide a comprehensive clinical administrative service to support inpatient clinical services, working closely with clinical and medical colleagues. 2 x Permanent Positions - Part Time - 28 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday, non-working day to be mid-week) If you would like to contribute to making a difference for a much-loved charity, we'd love to hear from you.,

• To provide a comprehensive administrative service to nursing and medical colleagues, working in a palliative care setting
• Working collaboratively to support patient flow: arranging admissions, discharges and processing after death documentation
• Liaising closely with patients, families and healthcare professionals
• Utilising electronic medical records and other databases to support data capture, data quality and accurate recording keeping
