Modify Cookie Preferences Accept All Cookies Search Jobs, This role combines onsite infrastructure operations and deployment project management for Microsoft Experience & Technology Centres (MTCs) and MLS lab environments. The position is responsible for ensuring seamless demo readiness, infrastructure reliability, and end-to-end coordination of deployment and decommissioning activities, while aligning with customer experience, compliance, and operational excellence standards. ͏,
- Provide smart-hands support for core network, compute, and lab infrastructure (WAN/LAN/WLAN, servers, racks).
- Perform rack & stack, provisioning, decommissioning, and hardware lifecycle management.
- Manage server room operations, ensuring uptime and operational health.
- Support incident, problem, and change management for infrastructure services.
- Own deployment, support, and readiness of demos and experience environments.
- Execute daily walkthroughs and health checks across demo setups.
- Act as technical SME for Experience Platform demos and hybrid cloud scenarios.
- Administer Azure subscriptions, identities, and local environment configurations.
- Maintain asset inventory and tracking for all demo devices and solutions.
- Provide onsite technical support during customer visits, showcases, and events.
- Enable presenters and account teams with seamless demo execution.
- Coordinate device setup, configuration, and troubleshooting during engagements.
- Ensure high-quality customer experience and zero disruption during demos.
- Drive end-to-end deployment lifecycle: intake planning execution closure.
- Validate requests via ServiceNow, ensuring readiness (space, power, hardware).
- Conduct kickoff meetings and stakeholder alignment sessions.
- Track deployments, manage timelines, risks, and dependencies across regions.
- Execute structured decommissioning workflows (device removal, CMDB updates, QC checks).
- Perform deployment QC and site readiness checks aligned with standards.
- Ensure compliance with intake, security, and operational guidelines.
- Support capacity planning, lab optimisation, and space utilisation initiatives.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and operational excellence
- Maintain AV systems across rooms, theatres, and demo spaces.
- Provide break-fix support and preventive maintenance for AV infrastructure.
- Ensure meeting room readiness for customer demos and internal sessions.
- Support room upgrades, refresh projects, and AV optimisation initiatives. Skills & Competencies Mandatory
