Experteer Overview As an On-site IT Support Specialist, you help ensure colleagues in Cheltenham stay productive by resolving incidents and requests with speed and accuracy. You'll support local devices, workplace tech, and infrastructure, enabling business continuity and efficient operations. This role is on-site due to security requirements and offers broad exposure to enterprise IT in a mission-driven, security-focused environment. You'll work closely with a specialist security team, contributing to reliable technology services at scale. Pay / Benefits

• Provide on-site IT support for Cheltenham-based colleagues and corporate services Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs Support end-user devices, workplace technology, and local IT infrastructure Assist with hardware deployment, replacement, and asset management Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating where appropriate Tasks Experience providing IT support in an enterprise or corporate environment Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding across end-user devices and workplace technology Experience supporting Windows-based desktops, laptops and mobile devices Good understanding ofMicrosoft applications and services (Office Suite, SCCM) Experience working in secure or regulated environments (desirable) Knowledge of networking fundamentals and local infrastructure support (desirable) Experience with asset management and hardware deployment (desirable) Familiarity with Jira Service Desk or similar IT service management tools (desirable) Key requirements 10% on target annual bonus Online private GP 24/7 for you and family Pension scheme - 5% from you and 10% from us Holiday purchase scheme Discounted BT products and services Carers leave and family-friendly policies
