Full Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Java full-stack applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Architect and implement microservices-based solutions using modern design principles.
- Establish and enforce engineering standards, coding best practices, and code quality guidelines.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure high-quality software delivery through Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
- Identify technical risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and performance optimization where required.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java full-stack development, API design, microservices architecture, and technical leadership, with the ability to mentor engineering teams and drive best practices throughout the software development lifecycle., Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Full Stack Development. - Hands-on expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
