We are recruiting an Information and Performance Manager at Caerphilly County Borough Council.

Working hours: 37

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Woodfieldside, Pontllanfraith

Team: Youth Offending Service

This position offers an excellent opportunity to become part of our team and provide support across the organisation.

We pay an attractive salary of £36,581 - £39,481 and offer access to training and development opportunities.

We are looking for an experienced and analytical professional with a strong background in data analysis, performance reporting and information management. You will have extensive experience of producing and submitting performance data returns, analysing complex datasets and presenting performance information to a range of audiences.

The successful candidate will possess advanced knowledge of databases and performance management systems, with the ability to monitor, analyse and report on key performance indicators. You will also have a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams and be confident working within a multi-agency environment, building effective relationships and responding to the performance information needs of a diverse range of stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about using data and insight to support service improvement and deliver positive outcomes.

For the role, we ask that you have:

  • A Relevant Level 4 qualification on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales
  • Commitment to multi agency partnership working and willingness to work across boundaries
  • Experience of Staff supervision and management
