Full Job Description

At Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, the Healthier Futures team are undertaking a once in a generation project to build a new hospital at Leighton in Crewe to replace the existing RAAC Hospital under the NHS New Hospital Programme (NHP)., Duties include overseeing the management, creation, exchange, control and compliance of all projects related information, development, implementation and management of the Trusts Client Common Data Environment (CCDE), providing a centralised digital location for storing of all project related data, including documents, models, drawings, specifications, reports, business cases, contracts and all other project related information, managing and maintaining the CCDE data repository, information compliance and standards, alignment to ISO19650, BIM information requirements, information access control, permissions, audit trails and logging, workflows, acceptance processes, reporting, transmittals and upload / download to and from other CDEs.

You'll also manage the CCDE for the lifecycle of the project, ensuring a digital golden thread of reliable, accurate, auditable information which ultimately supports the soft landing of the project and into the operational estate and Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system, ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act.

Working closely with the Healthier Futures project team including architects, engineers, and contractors, you'll ensure the effective use of building information throughout the design, construction, and maintenance phases of the new hospital.
