Full Job Description
Implement and maintain the Record of Processing Activities You will lead on the day-to-day management and oversight of low and negligible data breaches, assessing breaches within 72 hours of notification. Assess data protection risks and controls in compliance with internal policies. Deliver the supplier due diligence process, assess outputs and escalate as appropriate Advise the business on Legitimate Interests Assessments and Data Protection Impact Assessments. Support with the creation and delivery of business training and awareness. Provide regulatory advice and support to the business on data protection legislation and cyber security matters.
You'll be able to demonstrate strong knowledge of data protection law, including the DPA 2018 and UK GDPR You'll have the ability to identify and assess risks, include those arising from a data breach. You'll have excellent accuracy, along with written and verbal communicator with attention to detail. You'll have stakeholder management and able to liaise with cross functions to deliver objectives.
