Location: Castle Donington, East MidlandsHours: 37.5 per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our information management function, where you'll play a key role in adopting our information management process across projects. You'll ensure compliance with industry and Kier standards, focusing on ISO 19650, while helping to deliver against client requirements. As part of a supportive team of over 30 industry professionals, you'll have the backing you need to develop your skills and achieve your ambitions in this evolving field.

What will you be responsible for?

As an Information Co-ordinator, you'll be working within the information management team, supporting them in delivering compliance with ISO 19650 and the Building Safety Act. Your day to day will include:

-Managing the CDE for the lifecycle of the project in line with Kier procedures and standards

-Hosting training sessions for new users of the project CDE and providing ongoing support and coaching to all stakeholders

-Validating, checking and curating all incoming and outgoing project documentation to the CDE

-Configuring and preparing status reports on workflows and other reportable data to inform digital dashboards

-Maintaining relationships with project teams and stakeholders, facilitating the sharing of knowledge and best practice across the business

You have diverse and clear communication skills with experience of working with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and the supply chain

-You have experience working on projects with large volumes of data and information from various sources

-You're competent with EDMS, Viewpoint 4Projects

-You're confident using the Microsoft 365 suite of tools, specifically Excel, Teams, and SharePoint

-You're a critical thinker who takes initiative and maintains exacting standards
