Full Job Description

We are seeking applications from self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals. The AP team provide support to the Biomedical Scientist staff working within the laboratory., Please note this role primarily involves the provision of the rapid testing of respiratory and other urgent samples as part of a 24/7 Winter service. Working outside of routine hours, including night shifts is a significant part of this role.

Applicants will be expected to have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Clinical Laboratory Support or equivalent. You will also be able to demonstrate significant additional theoretical or applied experience of working in a clinical Virology/Microbiology laboratory.
