Key responsibilities:

• Acting as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor across Aerospace & Defence


• Leading advisory-led conversations on business and technology transformation


• Identifying and developing new business opportunities in partnership with account and sales teams


• Shaping innovative solutions across consulting, engineering, digital, data, AI, and enterprise platforms


• Building and re-using compelling industry propositions and go-to-market strategies


• Contributing to industry thought leadership through client forums, events, and publications


• Collaborating as part of a global CES community, sharing insights and best practice

Skills/Experience required:

• Strong experience operating within Aerospace & Defence environments


• A consultative, commercially minded approach with a passion for solving complex challenges


• Credibility and confidence engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers


• Broad understanding of digital transformation and emerging technologies, including data and AI


• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
