Full Job Description
ITM Power is seeking a Lead Industrialisation Engineer in Sheffield to lead the introduction, ramp-up and industrialisation of new manufacturing equipment and processes. You'll coordinate across Process, Automation, Quality, Production and suppliers to ensure readiness and execution during industrialisation and ramp-up phases.
The role requires a strong technical background, ownership mindset, and proven ability to deliver cross-functional projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
