Full Job Description
This role is based at our Head Office in Scarborough, working as part of our Service division to support the coordination and delivery of Industrial UPS service contracts. You will need strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidence communicating with customers and internal teams. In this role, you will support the delivery of service operations through planning, scheduling, and contract coordination, ensuring engineers, equipment, and materials are aligned to meet customer requirements. - Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, managing communication and escalations
- Supporting planning and scheduling of planned, remedial, and reactive service works
- Coordinating engineers, tools, and materials to meet site and access requirements
- Managing documentation and compliance, including RAMS, permits, and inductions
- Handling customer queries and billing issues, including PO amendments and invoicing
- Supporting forecasting and contract performance, working closely with the Contract Manager
- Raising and coordinating warranty claims and repairs
- Maintaining accurate work management records and supporting KPI delivery
- Collaborating with internal teams to support service delivery and efficiency
Experience in a service coordination or planning role - Strong organisation and time management skills
- Clear communication and customer service skills
- A proactive, detail-focused approach
- Confidence using IT systems, including Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- A team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Understanding of health and safety and compliance (desirable)
