Pinnacle Group is looking to recruit an experienced Industrial Cleaner to join the Workplace cleaning team at our client's site, based in Rocester ST14 area. Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments. Your role will involve cleaning the factory floors and work spaces as well as ensuring the machines are kept clean. You will need to be detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working with cleaning equipment, chemicals, and within sensitive environments. This is a full time permanent position contracted for 37.5 hours per week, working 8AM - 4PM Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning tasks include damp mopping, washing surfaces, sweeping and vacuuming and touchpoints.
- Cleaning offices, meeting rooms, production areas and dining rooms
- Cleaning toilet facilities and hand basins, replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels
- Waste management - collection, transportation, and storage of waste for both internal and external areas
- Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative
Key requirements
- Access to one\'s own vehicle is essential due to the shift pattern
- Good knowledge, experience, and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment
- Prefer knowledge of COSHH, chemicals, and risk assessments
- Experience with a buffer machine/scrubber dryer is an advantage
- Experience with working to tight schedules
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment
