Individual Needs Assistant (Educational)

Ardingly College have an exciting vacancy for a KS2 1-1 Individual Needs Assistant, to assist a student with their educational needs.
We are seeking to appoint a person who is self-motivated, enthusiastic and a good communicator, to assist in promoting the learning and personal development of the 1-1 pupil to whom you are assigned, to enable them to make best use of the educational opportunities, following intervention programmes and targets as set out in their individual educational plan.
This is a fixed term role for one academic year.
