Full Job Description
We are looking for an Individual Needs Assistant to work in our primary phase, to assist in promoting the learning and personal development of the pupils to whom you are assigned to, to enable them to make best use of the educational opportunities available to them. This school offers:

- to have experience of supporting children in a classroom environment,

- to have excellent organisation skills The successful candidate will be responsible for pupils' learning and wellbeing, sharing good practice in the classroom setting and at play/lunchtimes and one to one SEN pupil support. You will join a team of dedicated and caring staff in establishing outstanding provision, learning and progress for all our pupils.
