Duties and responsibilities
Includes prepares, seasons and cooks foodstuffs or oversees their preparation and monitors the quality of finished dishes. To monitor the production of food and ensure consistent quality and presented to the highest standards. To maintain high standard of personal presentation and hygiene whilst preparing food and to assist in the training and development of staff.
