What to expect
As an Independent Partnerships Lead, you will join us on our journey and undertake a high-impact role responsible for the Account Management of our Independent Post Office Operators with the goal of helping them increase their revenue. Due to business requirements your area will include Gloucester, Bristol, Bath and Salisbury down to Swanage and Weymouth on the South coast.
The Independent Partnerships Lead will support their Head of Independent Partnerships in the delivery of revenue growth, being the key contact for Independent Partners within their area. They will drive growth across their accounts with excellent relationship management, ensuring strong branch compliance to the performance framework. They will embody a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and high performance; with a key focus on delivering growth within their accounts through branch capability, new locations, and operating with partners to clear frameworks.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have experience in B2B relationship management with a strong understanding of Account Management and Business Development ideally within Retail.
As an Independent Partnerships Lead you will have strategic sales skills, with influencing and negotiating abilities. In addition to this, the ideal candidate will:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication styles and collaborate cross-functionally to drive successful outcomes and business decisions
- Commercial business acumen with the ability to make data-driven business decisions
- Ability to gather and interpret data from multiple sources and leverage strong stakeholder relationships to develop strategic, insight-led growth plans
- A passion for pursuing personal development opportunities and expanding industry knowledge
- The ability to demonstrate a strong commitment to upholding the values and principles of Post Office
- An ambassador for promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion within all areas of responsibility
