Full Job Description
This position offers an excellent opportunity to become part of our team and provide support across the organisation. We pay an attractive salary of £15,090 - £16,476 and offer access to training and development opportunities. The purpose of the role is to support the running of the Independent Living Skills (ILS) programme, including supporting learners, tutors and volunteers within Caerphilly Adult Community Learning (ACL) alongside ACL Management Team. You will work alongside a dedicated team of professionals delivering a high-quality Adult Community Learning programme, including both accredited and non-accredited opportunities. For the role, we ask that you have
- A relevant qualification to meet the requirements of the Education Workforce Council (EWC) for Adult Learning Practitioner registration. Please refer to the Education Workforce Council website for the current qualifications accepted.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Experience of working with adults with Additional Learning Needs.
