Full Job Description

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years full time direct casework delivery experience for individuals with multiple needs and who holds a minimum IDVA qualification. An IDVA qualification is a mandatory requirement for this position and unfortunately we cannot consider applicants who do not already hold this qualification. You will be highly organised with excellent communication skills and able to manage your time effectively, working as part of the team, whilst applying your knowledge of the issues affecting people who are or have recently experienced domestic abuse/sexual violence and the impact on their health and wellbeing You will have experience of and the ability to liaise and build links with professionals from a variety of disciplines as well as knowledge of the legislative framework of domestic abuse. You will be passionate about what we do, demonstrating resilience and the ability to deal with difficult situations calmly, tactfully and responsibly. It is essential that you have a driving license with access to a vehicle and business insurance. A willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check is also a requirement of the post.
