Inclusion Support Co-ordinator

We believe in providing an education that prepares every child to be a successful global citizen, and we are looking for a dedicated Inclusion Support Co-ordinator to help us deliver on that vision. You will be part of a supportive network that prioritises continuous professional development and a strong team ethos, working closely with our SENDCo to promote a whole-school approach to inclusion.,

• Support the day-to-day administration of SEND systems, maintaining accurate records, IGAPs, and pupil passports.
• Work directly with students with additional needs or Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA) to overcome barriers to learning.
• Assist with the preparation and administration of EHCP reviews, ensuring documentation is accurate and timely.
• Act as a key point of contact for staff, families, and external agencies to coordinate student support.
• Assist with key transition points, including Year 7 entry and post-11 pathways, ensuring a robust handover of information., We will communicate regularly and with clarity with our stakeholders and with each other, welcoming and reflecting on constructive feedback from others

We are seeking an exemplary practitioner who is organised, empathetic, and committed to driving up standards of inclusion.,
• 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths) and a Level 3 qualification in a related field.
• Experience working in a school or educational environment with children or young people.
• Strong IT and administrative skills with a high level of accuracy in data management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with families and staff.
• A deep commitment to safeguarding and the Harbour Learning Trust's DANCE values.
