Full Job Description
(35 hours per week, term time only + 5 Inset days) We are seeking a proactive, compassionate and resilient Inclusion Mentor to join our Inclusion team. The successful candidate will be based in our Intervention Centre, predominantly supporting students who may struggle to access mainstream lessons due to social, emotional or behavioural needs. This is a varied and dynamic role, including responding to drop-ins, building strong relationships with vulnerable students, and delivering targeted interventions where appropriate (e.g. Thrive approach). The role requires someone who is calm under pressure, relationally strong and confident supporting students presenting with challenging behaviours and periods of emotional dysregulation. As part of a busy school team, the role will also involve supporting wider pastoral and inclusion priorities as required. The successful candidate should be flexible and willing to undertake a range of duties in response to the evolving needs of the school and the Intervention Centre.
