Full Job Description
As Inclusion Manager, you will lead and develop high-quality support services for students with SEND, ensuring they have the personalised support, resources and opportunities needed to achieve their goals. Working closely with staff, families and external agencies, you will oversee support planning, EHCP processes and inclusive practice across the College. You will lead a diverse team, drive continuous improvement, and help create an environment where every learner can thrive, build independence and prepare for their future.
- Experience of leading a team/line management of staff
- Current experience of leading in a SEND environment, supporting EHCP learners and working with parent/carers
- Minimum grade 4 English and Maths and GCSE (or equivalent qualification)
