Full Job Description
The Inclusion Manager will be able to deescalate behaviour so that students that need a 'short stay', can RESET behaviour, reflect upon their actions and return to lesson. They will work closely with SENCo, behaviour team and classroom practitioners to adapt resources, monitor progress, and promote an inclusive learning environment where all students including those with SEND, mental health challenges or who may have experienced trauma are able to thrive.
