  • Support students returning from suspension, alternative provision, or extended absence through effective reintegration planning.
  • Analyse behaviour, attendance, and intervention data to inform decision-making and improve outcomes.
  • What We're Looking For We are looking for a compassionate, resilient, and highly organised professional who can build positive relationships while maintaining high expectations. The successful candidate will have:
  • Significant experience working with secondary-aged students.
  • Experience supporting young people with behavioural, emotional, social, attendance, or welfare needs.

  • Experience working collaboratively with families and external agencies.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and case management skills.
  • Experience leading staff or managing teams.
  • A commitment to restorative, trauma-informed, and inclusive approaches.
  • We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references. We reserve the right to interview and appoint suitable candidates before the closing date.
