Full Job Description

This is a job-share opportunity to work alongside our current Inclusion Coordinator. Are you an experienced and visionary leader ready to champion inclusive education across the academy? Join us as the Inclusion Coordinator, where you will direct the strategy and management of all aspects of Inclusion, encompassing SEND, EAL, and Gifted and Talented. This senior role demands exceptional line management skills, in-depth statutory knowledge, and the drive to lead a dedicated team to remove barriers to learning and secure optimal progress for our most vulnerable students.

Working pattern: 14.5 hours per week over 2 days (to be agreed at interview).
