Inclusion Based Lead / HLTA

Under an agreed system of supervision, work as a part of a professional team to support the qualified teacher by planning their role within lessons and preparing, delivering, assessing, reporting on, and marking learning activities for individuals, groups, or, on a short-term basis, whole classes.

The Inclusion Base Lead / HLTA will work closely with the SENDCo and class teachers to provide provision for more vulnerable pupils and those with SEND, supporting and promoting their learning through targeted interventions and an inclusive learning environment.

Advise and support staff in specialist matters relating to inclusive practice within the school and coordinate the work, management, and development of other Teaching Assistants.
