In Store Merchandiser

As a Visual Merchandiser, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life in-store. Reporting to the Area Visual Manager and the Store Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring that every visual element reflects our identity and enhances the customer experience.,

• Visual Execution & Standards
+ Implement visual merchandising guidelines across all departments, ensuring consistency and creativity. + Maintain high standards of presentation, ensuring displays are clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing. + Regularly refresh window and in-store displays to reflect current trends, promotions, and product launches.
• Commercial Awareness
+ Analyse store layout and customer flow to optimise product placement and drive sales. + Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify key commercial opportunities and adapt visual strategies accordingly. + Monitor competitor activity and market trends to keep our visual approach fresh and relevant.
• Team Development & Collaboration
+ Identify visual skill levels within the store team and deliver hands-on training to build confidence and capability. + Work closely with sales associates to ensure visual standards are maintained throughout the day. + Foster a collaborative environment where creativity and feedback are encouraged.
• Operational Support
+ Support the Store Manager in driving a service-first mentality and ensuring compliance with company policies. + Assist with stock management, floor moves, and promotional setups. + Ensure all visual merchandising complies with health and safety standards.
