In-House Marketing Manager

We're pleased to share an exciting opportunity for an In-House Marketing Manager, based at our Pine Lake Resort in the UK, to lead and develop our EU Marketing function. The role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career, with the opportunity to lead a team, influence performance, and play a key role in supporting our Sales Centre operations. About the role As In-House Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the local marketing team to deliver strong tour flow, drive performance, and support overall sales objectives. You'll work closely with Sales, Resort Operations, and Direct Marketing, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience.,

• Lead, coach, and develop the In-House Marketing team
• Drive performance against tour flow, efficiency, and volume targets
• Manage day-to-day marketing operations, including tour coordination and guest engagement
• Build strong working relationships across departments
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members
• Champion a high standard of customer experience in line with Hilton values
• Implement engagement, reward, and recognition initiatives
• Manage local partnerships (e.g. attractions, vendors, and hospitality partners)
• Monitor performance metrics and reporting
  
  Current experience within HGV or a similar hospitality/customer-focused environment
• Previous supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive, results-driven approach
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and working with performance data
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
• Experience in in-house marketing is desirable
• Experience working across Sales or Marketing functions is desirable
