Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust at a pivotal time for cancer care. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in the transformation and continuous improvement of cancer services, supporting the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care aligned with the national cancer strategy., As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive strategic transformation across cancer pathways, leading programmes that enhance clinical outcomes, operational performance, and patient experience. You will work collaboratively with clinical, operational, and system partners to redesign services, embed innovation, and deliver sustainable improvements across the cancer portfolio.

This role offers a unique opportunity to influence service development at scale, ensuring that King's remains at the forefront of cancer care through the adoption of best practice, digital innovation, and evidence-based redesign.
