IntraHealth is one of the UK's leading providers of NHS Primary and Community Care services. We serve a range of patients across our three divisions of Primary Care (general practice), Pharmacy and Clinical Services which includes anticoagulation monitoring, patient medication reviews and childhood immunisation programmes.


We also provide management and clinical support to other GP practices and NHS bodies. We are a well-established organisation having provided NHS services since 1999. Our team is made up of GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs), Nurses, Pharmacists, Health Care Assistants (HCAs) and local administration teams supported by a centralised back office function; providing finance, HR, administration and data analysis support.


We operate NHS services across the North East, North West and Yorkshire and Midlands.


IntraHealth Ltd delivers immunisation and vaccination services for NHS England across several areas in the UK. Our immunisation and vaccination service has been running since 2009 and forms part of our established clinical services in the North of England.


IntraHealth are recruiting Bank Nurses to join our Immunisation Team.


The post involves supporting the delivery of the Seasonal Influenza Vaccination Programme across educational settings throughout Manchester from September to January.


Successful candidates must have access to a car and hold valid business insurance.


The base office is located at Trafford Park, M17 1LB. However, Bank Nurses will often travel directly to school vaccination sessions, typically starting between 8:30am and 9:00am and finishing at approximately 3:00pm.


Post holders may also be required to collect and/or return vaccines to the designated office base, in line with service requirements.


The successful applicants for this post will be joining us at a particularly exciting time as we develop and expand our service.
