IDT Change Agent

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic candidate that ideally has2 years' experience of change management programs or equivalent relevant experience (e.g. business transformation, healthcare system support) and is educated to degree level or equivalent. Prior knowledge of Cerner Millennium applications is desirable., We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and flexible candidate. You need to demonstrate excellent verbal/written communication and analytical thinking skills, as well as a proven ability to resolve crisis successfully. You will also be expected to show initiative, plan/prioritise your work, and demonstrate a keen attention to detail. Experience of any of the following will also be desirable:

• Clinical Systems including Cerner applications
• Project planning tools, e.g. Microsoft Visio.
• Working knowledge of other Microsoft packages, such as Excel and Teams.
  
  St George's is a large and complex Trust, so the individual appointed to this post will need to be comfortable managing a wide range of expectations and competing demands, as well as working on other trust sites and doing flexible hours when required.
The IDT department manages the Trust's IDT systems, infrastructure and IT support services enabling the electronic filing, printing and sharing of both clinical and non-clinical information. It also provides support to manage the systems and services which includes: helpdesk; IT training; break-fix; application development, acquisition and support for all the supported Trust IT services. The IDT department is also responsible for Information Governance.
