About the roleThe principal responsibility of the ICT Technical Security Lead is to lead the ICT Security area providing technical security services and protective monitoring services to the Alliance. With responsibilities that include but are not limited to:Establishing, maintaining and monitoring, in conjunction with other Alliance personnel and third parties, appropriate service level, availability, configuration, capacity, change and release management processes for ICT security servicesAssess all changes to ICT systems, applications, processes and services for security implications and advise accordingly. With an emphasis on securely enabling business needs rather than blocking them.Providing accurate and detailed advice and guidance to the Alliance in the feasibility and impact of strategic and tactical changes to the ICT security, systems and servicesLead teams - in-house, third party and partner - in the development and installation of appropriate ICT security solutions, often
