ICT Support Technician Apprentice

Introduction

As a member of the IT team you will support the IT Administrator to provide an efficient and reliable service to approximately
50 users both onsite and working remotely. You will be an integral member of the team, and a key player in the day-today activities to ensure we deliver great products to our customers.

What You'll Do

• Deal with day-to-day IT support requests from users via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams whilst providing excellent customer service
• Support both Windows & Mac hardware/software including iOS mobile devices
• Supporting our Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
• Meeting room and desk setup / support – AV, ethernet cabling
• Various administration duties including - updating asset systems, organising, and tidying computer & accessories storage areas

Successful completion of the apprenticeship may lead to a permanent full-time role, subject to performance and business needs.
