Full Job Description
Shropshire Council is looking for an ICT Service Desk Analyst to join its ICT Servicesteam and provide 1st Line ICT Support to the council staff, members, and partnerorganisations.The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering excellent customer services, callcentre experience and either experience in ICT or proven interest in developing theirICT knowledge.The role also manages support requests, providing remote support, managing useraccounts, enforcing security policies, and keeping up to date with technologicaladvances.The Service Desk team act as the first point of contact for general ICT queries, faultsand requests. They have a general understanding of day to day technologies includingM365, Networking, Windows Device Management, Printing and Cloud Services.
We are looking for a motivated and interested people to join our team. The idealcandidate will have experience in Service Desk operations, a high degree of customerexperience knowledge, experience or working in busy and unsupervised environmentsand actively work to maintain and update their technical knowledge and capabilities., We're looking for a candidate who has experience delivering and providing ICTsupport to end users. Excellent communication skills are also critical to this role. Youwill need to be self-motivating and able to work to key deadlines
