This role will see you working closely with both internal stakeholders and external delivery partners, helping to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project plans, risks and dependencies, facilitate workshops and requirements gathering activities, and support agile ways of working throughout the project lifecycle. Do you thrive on delivering complex projects that create lasting organisational change?, You will be an experienced Project Manager with a track record of delivering successful digital transformation or business systems projects. We're looking for someone who combines excellent project delivery skills with a practical understanding of business analysis. You'll be comfortable gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, and working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience of ServiceNow would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in hearing from candidates who have delivered transformation projects involving other enterprise systems and platforms. Most importantly, you'll be an exceptional communicator who can influence, engage and bring people with you through change.
