ICT Officer Level 3 Job descriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced ICT Officer to join our ICT Infrastructure and Customer Support team based at County Hall, Beverley. The primary responsibility will be to provide support, planning, delivery, development and high-level support of all applications, end user devices, servers, telephony, and network infrastructure providing cost-effective and efficient solutions based on project specifications and organisational requirements.The role will look to support the ICT Networks and Comms team. The successful candidate will work closely with the wider ICT Customer support team and service areas ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies.The role is based on 37 hours per week and you may be required to work outside normal office hours to ensure the Council systems are always fully operational and secure.East Riding of Yorkshire Council's ICT team is a great place to work.
