Full Job Description

The Spires College is seeking to appoint an innovative and skilled ICT Network Manager to lead the IT infrastructure and systems. They will lead the network team and be responsible for development, maintenance and support of the broad range of technologies used within the College and ensure issues are identified, understood and resolved in a timely manner. The role includes responsibility for ICT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data protection compliance, technology procurement, project management and future digital development. The ICT Network Manager has a vital role in improving outcomes for our students through the effective development and implementation of our ICT strategy to support teaching, learning and school support functions. The Spires College is a co-educational, 11-18 School with a bilateral stream.   • Take responsibility for the administration, security, and performance of the College's infrastructure and associated systems;
  • Ensure critical services and systems are secure and maintain high availability, performance, resilience and compliance with safeguarding and data protection standards;
  • Run IT projects and work with the IT, Data and Senior Leadership Teams to align IT systems and hardware improvements with the College's Digital Strategy;
