Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service are looking for an ICT Business Analyst to join our forward thinking Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) team, based at our Service Headquarters in Exeter., This is an exciting opportunity to join our Digital, Data and Technology department, as an ICT Business Analyst supporting our new Digital Business Relationship Function. This is a rewarding role allowing you to support the department in providing exemplary customer service and providing knowledge and expertise in this exciting field.
The position demands a strong grasp of business requirements and the ability to translate them into actionable technical specifications. You'll analyse the needs of stakeholders, map business processes, and design solutions involving key applications within our services portfolio. Effective collaboration with technical teams and external vendors will be crucial for implementing, testing, and refining these solutions. We'll depend on you to document requirements meticulously, pinpoint inefficiencies, and recommend data driven improvements., We.re seeking a highly analytical and detail orientated ICT Business Analyst who thrives on solving complex problems and delivering customer-centric outcomes. This role is available on a permanent, part-time basis working 22.2 hours (3 days) per week, with a starting salary of £42,839 gross pro rata per annum rising annually to £46,412 pro rata. This equates to £25,703.40 to £27,685.20 (gross) per annum for working 22.2 hours per week.
