Location: Rennie House, Tring or Peace Hospice, Watford with travel to other base locations required., Are you detail-driven, organised, and keen to build a career in IT and procurement- while supporting a role that truly matters?
Join our ICT team and helping ensure our technology, systems, and equipment support the delivery of outstanding hospice care. Your work will directly enable colleagues across the organisation to provide compassionate support to patients and families when it matters most.
As ICT Asset Management & Procurement Support, you will help ensure our IT assets and procurement processes run smoothly, cost-effectively, and in line with organisational policies.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administration, IT support, or procurement experience who is keen to develop within a purpose-driven organisation.
What you will do
Manage IT assets effectively - maintain accurate records of hardware, software, and licences, and track equipment throughout its lifecycle from purchase to disposal.
Support procurement activities - assist with ordering IT equipment and services, raising purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery and recording of assets.

Provide practical IT support - assist with setting up devices and systems for new starters, supporting meeting room technology, and recovering equipment from leavers.
Coordinate equipment and stock - manage inventory, support refresh programmes, and ensure the right equipment is available where and when needed.
Work with colleagues across the organisation - understand ICT needs, respond to queries, and provide guidance on equipment and processes.
Collaborate with external suppliers - build relationships with vendors, track orders, and resolve queries efficiently.
Improve processes - contribute ideas and support improvements to asset management and procurement practices.
Create helpful resources - develop simple user guides and troubleshooting documentation to support staff.
