What You'll Do

• To offer support and guidance to our customer base, service engineers and 3rd party IT technicians who are using network photocopiers, scanners, fax and any other IT hardware solutions we provide
• Working alongside the Helpdesk manager, you will provide technical assistance for software setup/usage for customers that need help troubleshooting problems via diagnostic tests and remote access to their devices
• Resolving problems with networks and PCs/Macs
• Diagnosing system errors on our hardware devices
• Remotely access hardware to assist with diagnosing and resolving problems
• To attend and support any and all hospitality events held by the company

Training Outcome

Your earnings can increase over time with an apprenticeship.

Successful completion of the apprenticeship may lead to a permanent full-time role, subject to performance and business needs.
