Introduction
Swizzels is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic ICT Apprentice to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and wants to gain valuable hands-on experience while working towards a recognised qualification.

Swizzels is a family-run British confectionery company, best known for creating much-loved sweets such as Love Hearts, Refreshers, Drumstick and Parma Violets. With a long history of making sweets in the UK, Swizzels combines traditional favourites with new and exciting products enjoyed by people of all ages.
What You'll Do
- Using an IT ticketing / helpdesk system
- Using a project management system
- Building and installing PCs and laptops
- Installing and configuring software, including Microsoft Office
- Setting up and supporting PC hardware such as printers and scanners
- Assisting users with day-to-day IT problems
- Basic network installation and support
- 3D printing
- Access control systems
- CCTV systems
- Telephone / phone systems
- General IT troubleshooting and support
Training Outcome
Successful completion of the apprenticeship may lead to a permanent full-time role, subject to performance and business needs.

Working Arrangements
Working Week: Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm and Friday 9.00am - 4.30pm.
