Hygiene Operative

We have a great opportunity for a Hygiene Operative to join an experienced team, providing a first-class service at our flour mill. In this role, the successful candidate will ensure agreed standards of cleanliness, pest control and hygiene are maintained across the site. Key Accountabilities

• Operate to procedures as defined within the site Quality, Food & Feed Safety, Environment and Health & Safety systems.
• Carry out cleaning operations in accordance with hygiene/cleaning schedules
• Self hygiene auditing
• Maintain hygiene equipment in a serviceable condition and report repairs
• The minimisation and careful control of remix and refuse
• The occasional unloading of materials
• Liaison and communication with all departments across the site
• Engages in the Safety-First culture and compliance with AMB internal policies and procedures
• Ensures their own development and training needs are identified, participating in the proactive environment.
• Actively participates and contribute in the sharing of "Best Practice" within a food manufacturing environment.

• Experience of Hygiene / Pest Control activities, preferably in a food manufacturing environment (desirable)
