Hygiene Manager

This is a unique opportunity to join a site during its launch phase and make a lasting impact. Leading a team of Hygiene colleagues, you'll work closely with Operations and Facilities teams to ensure hygiene activities support the smooth flow of product through the warehouse whilst maintaining a safe, organised and compliant working environment. You'll also play a key role in driving continuous improvement, developing your team and ensuring hygiene standards evolve alongside the growth of the operation. The role is responsible for managing the Hygiene Team, departmental performance, budget control, compliance, reporting and operational support across the site.,

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of hygiene activities, ensuring operational and housekeeping standards are consistently achieved
• Work closely with operational stakeholders to quickly resolve issues and minimise disruption to site performance
• Maintain accurate reporting, audits, risk assessments and safe systems of work while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety requirements
  
  Can you create and embed world-class hygiene standards that support a safe, efficient and high-performing distribution environment? Do you have the leadership skills to develop teams, drive accountability and continuously improve operational standards? Would you like the opportunity to shape an entire function from day one as part of a brand-new site launch?, Previous leadership experience within hygiene in a facilities, warehouse operations or manufacturing

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong people management skills with experience coaching, developing and motivating teams

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday for 37.5 hours per week, We're looking to offer a salary of up to £35,000.00 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
