Full Job Description

The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and London Borough of Wandsworth are looking for a Work experience (WEX) Facilitator to lead expansion of work placements for young people across five boroughs. The role requires strong employer relationships, cross-sector collaboration and a drive to deliver high-quality experiences that support progression.

You will broker partnerships between employers, schools and local partners, shaping a connected careers and skills system with measurable impact.
