Full Job Description
Stackline is seeking a Customer Support Engineer in London for a full-time, hybrid role. You will provide functional and technical support for our SaaS platform, troubleshoot issues, and document resolutions while serving as a subject matter expert for customers and internal teams.
This role requires scripting with Python/SQL, database querying, and log analysis, plus collaboration with Product Development, Sales, and Marketing to resolve complex issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
