Full Job Description
Hearing-Dogs-For-Deaf-People is hiring a People Operations Manager to lead day-to-day people operations across recruitment, payroll, and HR systems. Based hybrid at The Grange, Saunderton, Princes Risborough, you'll partner with the Interim Head of HR to improve service delivery and employee experience.
You will drive SLA achievement, oversee data accuracy, and support policy development while managing a team and advocating process improvements across the People and Culture function.
