Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS) is seeking an HRIS Implementation Manager to drive a multi-module HRIS transformation across HR, Payroll, Recruitment and Learning. You will coordinate workstreams, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery through close collaboration with the Head of HR Operations & Transformation, project managers and SMEs.
