Full Job Description
Home Group is seeking a skilled housing litigation solicitor/barrister to join our legal team on a permanent full-time basis. Hybrid working with Newcastle-based offices.You will advise on housing litigation and manage a varied caseload, shaping outcomes and providing expert legal support across the business. You will handle anti-social behaviour, tenancy breaches, and court processes, drafting documents and representing the organisation in court as needed.
