Your role will be to guide customers through their options, provide expert advice, and help them make informed decisions that best suit their homes and lifestyles., Meeting and speaking with customers regarding their home improvement requirements
Presenting and demonstrating our range of products, designs, and styles
Helping customers select the most suitable solutions for their needs
Explaining finance packages and payment options clearly and professionally
Preparing quotations and completing sales documentation
Processing customer payments and finalising orders
Delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to sale
Building trust and long-lasting relationships with customers

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused individual who enjoys interacting with people and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

The ideal candidate will have:

A full UK driving licence
Fluent spoken and written English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly, professional, and approachable manner
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to build rapport and confidence with customers
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to succeed
Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
