Full Job Description
1st Formations is seeking a Customer Retention Executive to protect and grow long-term relationships across our formations and compliance services, while supporting retention on Accounting-as-a-Service. You will own the retention experience - engaging with small business clients, directors, and accountants to reduce churn and deepen loyalty.
In a commercial, customer-focused environment, you will balance advocacy with commercial objectives, collaborate with internal teams, and turn at-risk
